In the Shadow of the Ark is not about the evidence of the Great Flood; there are many good books about that, it is about the world before the Flood. The Bible gives only a very brief description of that world. As I have thought about that world over the years, the number one question for me has always been, why did God send a flood to destroy the whole world instead of just eliminating the evil people that existed in the pre-flood world?

A Story Of The World Before The Genesis Flood

Sean Meek, Author

For twenty-five years I was the Executive Director of Project CREATION. Its mission was to present evidence—Biblical, scientific and historical that shows that the Bible is accurate in all that it says. The Bible tells us that God’s people can perish for lack of knowledge. People have abandoned the Faith because they believed evolutionist nonsense. Most of the present generation has abandoned a Biblical worldview because for most of their lives they never heard the abundant evidence for Creation and the truth of the Bible.

I believe we are in the end time and that God called me to write this book because the world today is so much like the pre-Flood world of Noah. I believe God wants this book published to warn His people as well as the rest of the world to not be complacent.

I hope that you will find that this book presents some possible answers to questions you may have had regarding the world before the Great Flood as well as being an entertaining story.

BOOKING INQUIRIES

In the Shadow of the Ark is written to present the evidence and ideas about the pre-flood world and why God destroyed it. It is a story told from the perspective of Kenan, an outsider to Noah. An outsider’s perspective does two things for the story, it allows the reader to see Noah as he probably appeared to the people of his time, it also allows a more thorough presentation of the pre-flood world than Noah would have experienced personally. It is also a love story; first is the love of God for all people, second is the love story between Kenan and Orani.
